In annual planning sessions our Coaches expertly help clients determine how those goals and initiatives will get accomplished, who’s responsible, and which metrics should be monitored to stay on track

Our Coaches facilitate the collaborative process of reflecting on the most recent quarter’s performance and assessing the current status in order to align the leadership team on priorities in quarterly alignment sessions. In these sessions our Coaches probe when a team member is not fully bought in, dig for root causes of issues being discussed, and insist on defining the measurable activities and outcomes for key initiatives.

We use several different profile assessments through Target Training International (TTI) and Extended-DISC Profile Assessment tools that help clients improve their teamwork, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills. These assessments  reports on how a person behaves, communicates, reacts to challenges, and responds to their environment, and 12 Driving Forces, which reveals the reasons why individuals behave the way they do.
